Production and technology
Shrinking – the maximum parameters of our shrink wrapping machines are H200 x W400 x L400 mm
Charging & Discharging – we charge NiMh and Ni-Cd cells and discharge them with automatic, computer-controlled charging stations during testing. Measurement results are stored. In case of battery packs, we also do cell-balance tests.
Spot welding – welding is performed with manual, semi-automated and customized robotised welding machines
Gluing & ultrasonic welding – after the mechanical fixing of the cells, we close the plastic housings with ultrasonic welding.
Assembly & testing – we use own-developed measuring software during testing for the automotive industry. In need, we ensure poka-yoke assembly jigs and automated or semi-automated production.
Packaging – batteries intended for everyday usage are packed with blistering.
Tampo printing & hot stamping – we have the capability to make single and multi-coloured printing onto different materials (plastic, metal, etc.) in special printing positions.
Different operations with wires – we can cut, crimp or solder wires.
Jig fabrication – we can produce welding electrodes and manufacture jigs if necessary.
